Fundraising Opportunity

Hope eveyone is having a great summer at camps and spending time with family!  This is the longest break you get as a Tri-Del so, take advantge!  Remember, however, to stay in shape.  Run, stretch, review your routines, ect.

Tri-Dels:  Please remember that you need to get with a Tri-Del that learned the opposite routine from you (hip hop or jazz)  and learn the one that you did not learn at camp.  Don't blow this off... if you do not know your routines when football season is here than you may not have a spot in those routines.  I realize that ripples may change when we put formations together, but you need to choose a ripple to learn instead of choosing to learn none of them.  If you have any questions about finding someone to help you, please contact me or one of your captains to either help or help you find someone to help.  Also, remember that we have one week to perfect two routines when we get back so be practicig 'Black and Gold' and the camp routine.  If you need music, contact Cheyenne.

Red and White Game:  This game is on Friday, August 10th.  We will be performing two routines and highlighting our seniors at the end of the game!  I believe we will be doing concessions as well so I will let you know when we get back to practicing exactly what time we need to be there to set up and get ready.  I will also let you know what we are wearing that week.

Fundraising Opportunity:  We will be holding a carwash and garage sale the Saturday after the red and white game.  You will be able to pre-sell tickets for people to get a carwash.  The carwash will be supported by the Tri-Dels (our cash box) and the garage sale will be held on a per family basis.  This means that you are in charge of your own items, pricing, cash box, table, ect.  The money that you make off of your garage sale needs to be put in a sealed envelope with the amount on the envelope and a signature next to that.  This way I can take it to Karen for you, or else you can take it to her yourself.  Just make sure to let her know your name and that is is for Tri-Dels so she can make notes for me of how much you turned in.  All garage sale money is for your Tri-Dels account.  It may not be used for other school payments or for personal use.  This is aTri-Del sponsered fundraiser.  If you want it for personal use than the garage sale needs to be held at your own location on your own time.  We will be located at Cardwell on Main St. and parents would need to run the garage sale (if you choose to participate in that) while the girls will run the carwash.  Full details will be given when we get back to practice.  I just wanted to give everyone a heads up so that if you would like to start putting things togethr to sell you can have time to do that.  This will be the last fundraising opportunity before your August payment will be due (the friday the week school starts).  I am unsure still of exactly how much we made at the 4th but I will try to let everyone know their balances soon so that you can know exactly how much you would like to try and fundraise or how much you will owe.  Please contact me for any questions!
