Camp Information

Hey everyone!  Just wanted to touch base with everybody since our break will shortly be coming to an end. 


TRI-DELS:  There is only ONE WEEK of practice before we head off to camp, so I ask that each and every one of you sincerely go over the camp routine (Black and Gold) before returning to practice on Monday.  It will be very beneficial if we can just continue polishing the routine instead of having to review it!  Remember that practice will be at the Middle School Mon-Wed from 7-9.  We will be handing out a packing list at practice with everything you need to bring to camp.


PARENTS/GIRLS:  (especially if you are new)  I wanted to remind you of this in case you need to make a special trip to get something before camp.  The girls will need at least one white cami (spaghetti strap shirt) to go under some of thier shirts.  Since there isn't really opportunity to wash clothes at camp, I recommend having two, as we will probably wear it more than once.  They will also need a tan bra with clear straps.  These can be purchased at dance clothing stores.  The online store that I use the most for personal items like that is www.discountdancesupply.com  they have some of the most reasonable pricing that I have found.

TRANSPORTATION:  I understand that some of our Tri-Dels need to be dropped off in Cedar for Summer Games.  This is fine.  Please please please, give me something in writing so that I can write it down and remember who goes where.  For some reason my brain has been failing me quite a bit lately... maybe because I am now responsible for 22 girls!!  WhooHoo!  I just want to make sure everyone is in the right place and accounted for.  If I do not have written parent permission,  I will not let girls off the bus in Cedar. 


Can't wait for this summer with the Tri-Dels!  It is going to be Awesome!!

Party!!! This Saturday!

Hey there Tri-Dels and Parents!


Thank you so much for starting this year off with such great positivity and support for these girls.  I can already tell it is going to be another great one!  We will be having our party to kick off the year on Saturday May 19th at 4:00 PM.  Sorry its a little late notice.  The party will be at the DeLoach's home (by the reservoir).  If you need directions please contact one of the DeLoach's. It is important for all girls to attend this party as they will be recieving all thier Tri-Del gear for camp and the rest of the year!


I would request the following from each family:
Barrow:  Plates
Bayles:  Tossed Green Salad
D. Bliss:  Two 2 liter beverages
O. Bliss:  Tossed Green Salad
Cropper:  Utinsils, Napkins
Dalton: Gone
DeLoach:  Shredded Pork Burritos (tortillas, meat, cheese)
Dutson:  Beans (black, pinto, or refried) (all, a couple, or one)
Ekins:  Fruit Salad
Finlinson:  Two 2 liter beverages
Gardner:  Two 2 liter beverages
Kimball:  Fruit Salad
Morrison:  A Dessert of your choice
Pedersen:  Avacados, Olives, Onions
Peterson:  A Dessert of your choice
Rawlinson:  Cups
Riding:  Two 2 liter beverages, Sour Cream, Salsa
Topham:  Ice, Lettuce, Tomato (toppings)
Wood:  Spanish Rice
Young:  Spanish Rice
Some of you are doubling up on some of the dishes while others are not.  Please look over the list to get an idea of if you are splitting responsibility or if you are the sole provider of an item.

First Payment Due

The first payment is due by tomorrow (Friday May 4th) at noon to Mrs. Burraston in the main office of the high school.  If you participated in the pizza fundraiser I have texted you moms the updated amount due in your account.  If you did not participate, you owe the amount that was on your account paper given to you at the 1st BOOSTER MEETING (or BM) :)  It is the amount at the bottom of the page under the "Due" column.  If you have questions about your account please contact me before 9pm tonight (May 3rd) as I am leaving town and will not be able to look up your account after this time.  Way to go some of you new girls that have fundraised enough to cover your camp payment!  Love to see all of the hard work!

Booster Presidency

Congratulations to Allyson Wood (Booster President) and Delna Bliss (Booster Vice President)!  I think you all voted some amazing ladies into these very helpful positions!  I will be asking them both to help me with a bunch of communication and assignments that will go to all of you parents, so please be respectful of them and know that most of the information coming from them is actually coming from me.  Also , if during the year any of you parents have concerns that you do not feel comfortable coming to me about, please feel free to talk to these ladies about whatever it is you need and they can anonymously bring your concerns to my attention.  Thank you parents for being so willing to help and support your daughters and the Tri-Dels!
